Jo is a seasoned and experienced Chartered HR professional with a career spanning over 25 years working in a variety of organisations from large multi-nationals to SME’s. Jo is passionate about continuous learning and development to hone her skills in everything people related. A qualified Coach and NLP practitioner, Jo uses these skills and her expansive HR experience to always find the best solutions possible for her clients and their employees.

Outside of HR, Jo’s biggest loves are her Goldendoodle, Alfie and being a Nana to 5 grandchildren. Jo is also a Ceremony Officer and conducts weddings for Peterborough Register Office on a casual basis.
